Lead Knowledge Analyst, Paris
At BCG, Seekers go deep into the challenging issues our clients face. Their curiosity empowers our teams to facilitate change and add value to society. Arnaud connects the dots to see the bigger picture.
You'll be successful at BCG if you leverage all the thinking around you…and challenge it.
I have a background in pricing in the travel and tourism business—an industry where pricing is usually considered quite advanced—but BCG enabled me to apply pricing principles to many other industries, including technology and industrial goods.
What really makes the difference at BCG is how the case teams work together, partners included, to find better ways to create value for our clients.
Arnaud holds a master in management from ESSEC (2005) and a master in public administration from IEP Paris (2006). He worked as a senior pricing analyst at Disneyland Paris for two years and as a consultant at Ernst & Young for four years.
Q: What international experiences at BCG have been the most interesting for you?
A: BCG really gives you the opportunity to work with other offices and other teams around the world. I had a very interesting experience in the Milan office for three months, where I worked on a pricing project for a leading manufacturer in the heating business. Working with different case teams was key in my personal development.
Q: What characteristics do you believe define a BCGer?
A: A true BCGer is smart and challenging, while always remaining open-minded and humble.
Q: What was one of your favorite case experiences?
A: I had the opportunity to enable a newly-appointed pricing manager at one of our client companies, supporting her in deploying a new pricing strategy and platform. In terms of impact, I supported her in implementing "live" pricing changes in pilot deals, and ended up creating additional hard cash for our client.
