Managing Director & Partner, Brussels
At BCG, Innovators view the world from unexpected angles. They bring creativity and a fresh perspective to every challenge they face. Christophe goes deep to understand challenges.
It is in this setting of teamwork that I find unmatched opportunities for further growth.
Already as an intern, I quickly realized that BCG provides the exceptional environment I was looking for. Facing challenging and strategic issues that top CEOs’ agendas has allowed me to continuously develop my skills—business and interpersonal—on a daily basis. I personally believe that teaming up with the management team of an industrial goods manufacturer to define the company's strategic growth opportunities is far more enriching than any business course.
But what I value even more is the extent and quality of BCG's network. Even the most senior partner is literally just a phone call away. It is in this setting of teamwork that I find unmatched opportunities for further growth. BCG has also provided me with a lot of opportunities to work and live abroad. On top of that, I had the chance to spend one year in the United Stated to obtain an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
Christophe graduated summa cum laude in commercial engineering from Antwerp University (UA). During his studies, he participated in an exchange program with Georgetown University. Christophe also holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
Q: What is a typical day like for you?
A: The beauty of working at BCG is there is no typical day. The variety of our work in terms of clients, industries, topics, and locations makes this a very rewarding experience. As learning curves are steep, you are constantly challenged to take up new roles within case teams.
Q: What inspires you about BCG?
A: While BCG has a very rich history and strong reputation, we do not accept status quo. It is very rewarding to be part of a growing team where you are only limited by your own ambitions. While successful, BCG also actively seeks to contribute to the world at large through pro bono work, both through local partnerships with SOS Villages d'Enfants/SOS Kinderdorpen as well as internationally.
Q: How would you describe the BCG community?
A: BCG is a group of individuals with a shared passion to make a difference for our clients and in life in general, while having fun at it. No surprise, I have met some of my best friends at BCG!
