BCG helps me manage the demands of my work by providing a worldwide group of experts and knowledge peers who can offer constant support, guidance, and assistance when needed.
I enjoy meeting new people and finding ways to help them in their projects by offering professional value-added insights. I have had a variety of research and consulting experience throughout my career, through which I have been able to work alongside key multinationals in several industries throughout Colombia and Chile.
In my first few months at BCG, I learned how to leverage knowledge among a vast network of experts and specialists. I was amazed by all the resources our firm has in terms of materials, e-learning modules, and human capital. Working alongside my team, we quickly identified many opportunities and ways to help build our Latin America knowledge team brand to help local consulting teams in the region.
Diego holds an economics degree and a master's degree in economics from the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia).
