At BCG, Challengers go against expected thinking and inspire their teams to be truly innovative. Giuseppe empowers and inspires others.
Working with amazing people to create tangible impact for our clients is what I like most about BCG.
I joined BCG after my MBA at Columbia Business School, where I had the opportunity to work with a team of BCGers from the Amsterdam office on a development project for an NGO. BCG has proven to be a fantastic opportunity for my career. I have been able to work around the world (Turkey, Brazil, Germany, and China, to name a few) and build relationships with some of the most amazing people I have ever met. I believe that what makes BCG unique is the combination of wonderful people and intellectually challenging projects. Working side by side with our clients to create value and having fun along the way is what we do every day.
Giuseppe holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an engineering degree from Politecnico di Torino.
Q: What did you learn in your first year on the job?
A: I learned all the basics about being a consultant: slide writing, modeling, verbal communication, practicality, and effectiveness. Moreover, I learned to define my priorities with my project leader and principal, and to ask when something was unclear in terms of how to make the team work most effectively.
Q: How has BCG helped you grow and succeed?
A: BCG helps me grow intellectually every day through the ever-changing topics we address—and helps me grow personally by allowing me to manage, coach, and work with brilliant people.
Q: How would you describe the BCG community?
A: A big, beautiful family.
