At BCG, Explorers are unafraid to embark on new journeys. They try new solutions to untangle complex problems and drive transformational change. Lorena seeks a new perspective.
The best part of working at BCG is the people; working in human resources at a company where people have such an important role is a unique opportunity.
Taking into account that my passion is working for and with people, BCG is definitely the best company for me to be able to enjoy what I do every day: contribute to various people topics, such as recruiting, training, HR administration, career development, and internal communication.
One of the things that makes BCG unique is its people, and that’s why I am sure that my job and my daily efforts are reflected in the success of projects and in the happy faces walking the halls. During my experience at BCG, I have worked within different functions and with people from about ten different nations, which makes me grow every day as a person—learning about different cultures and behaviors.
Lorena holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial design. She joined BCG as a case team assistant in August 2013 and entered the HR department in January 2015.

A: Working at BCG allows me to respect my personal commitments and passions: playing football and volleyball at the same time every week, helping my daughter with her homework, having dinner with family, and partying with friends.
Q: What advice would you give to someone who wants to work at BCG?
A: BCG is always looking for talent. If you are interested in working at BCG, have a look at the different positions BCG can offer you.
