Lead Specialist, Team Manager – Knowledge Support Services, New Delhi
At BCG, Challengers go against expected thinking and inspire their teams to be truly innovative. Prasenjit empowers and inspires others.
BCG has given me immense opportunities to improve my leadership skills. I have been valued for my work and have been exposed to a challenging work environment.
I am a knowledge management professional with a keen interest in process excellence, enterprise social collaboration, and content management solutions. BCG was an interesting career choice because it exposed me to a diverse set of people and a range of challenges, starting with how to share knowledge to how to provide the best solution to a problem.
My work is reflected in a range of ongoing efforts, where we make finding relevant content a little easier for practitioners at BCG.
I have also been exposed to numerous challenges, where I have been forced to think outside of the box to come up with the most optimal solution. I have also been given the opportunity to provide help in setting up some of the knowledge support services infrastructure, which has been one of the most interesting experiences of all.
Prasenjit has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune. Prasenjit also holds an MBA in marketing and HR from the Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad.
