No matter how complex the situation is, either I will find a way or I will make one.
I joined BCG in November 2014 and have been working with Analytics Solutions applabs as a software developer. I work in close collaboration with various consulting, Knowledge & Analytics, and practice area teams to design and develop mobile and Web-based digital solutions. Prior to BCG, I was extensively involved in developing enterprise solutions and flagship products at Infosys and Nagarro. At the time, I had heard a lot regarding BCG’s work culture, social impact, innovative approach, and the value it delivers to clients. So I chose to grow with BCG and reach that rare mile.
It has been an awesome journey so far. Although I have worked with tech giants, what makes working with the applabs team truly unique is the workplace culture that encourages innovation and a healthy disregard for the impossible. Everyone is equally empowered to succeed, and consistent leadership is provided with fair expectations. It’s like working with the best minds in the industry, which, in turn, nurture my creative thinking and problem-solving skills. All my case engagements at BCG have been quite fascinating and challenging; they have provided me with tremendous business insight and exposed me to various niche industries that have added a lot of value to me both as an individual and as a professional.
