As an implementation specialist, you will gather requirements from internal and external clients, advise them on the application’s usage best practices, and recommend processes to optimize the business value delivered by the application. You will also source and prepare data, manage required client processes changes, and oversee installation by configuring the application according to the requirements and training the client’s end users.
You will collaborate with cross-functional BCG-client teams to support BCG’s client-facing software solutions. In this role, you will need to quickly understand the client’s data situation, business, and compliance needs in order to define the approach to configure and set up the software. You will also have to collaborate with technical teams or vendors to diagnose and resolve system problems and train BCG and the client’s end users on the operations of the software.
During your implementation support career, you will learn how to drive multiple IT implementations, manage clients, and interact with a complex structure of technical and nontechnical teams. You will become an expert in software development, large-scale implementation, and end-user training and a trusted advisor to large companies' IT departments.
We are looking for professionals with consulting or industry experience in any area of operations and/or IT. Candidates should have experience in PMO, lean operational improvement projects, or six sigma.
Our implementation support specialists have proven problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively to drive change at all levels of an organization. They also have strong verbal and written communication skills.
