Meet Our BCGers

When I was going through the recruiting journey, I remember consultants from the diversity cadre reaching out and setting up calls to give me tips for my interview. I remember telling myself, ‘Wow, these people really want me to succeed!' Ever since I joined BCG, that feeling has only been amplified. The diversity network has been a strong support system and a huge contributor to my success at BCG.

As an extern at BCG, not only was I given mentorship and firsthand experience of onsite case work but my ideas and contributions to the team were valued as if I had been on the case since day one.

The US Ethnic Diversity Network showed me there is a place for Native Americans at BCG. Events such as the Bridge to Consulting and the Externship Program helped me see that BCG is a work environment that is both accepting and encouraging of not only my Ojibwe culture but all diversity—and I think that’s extremely rare to find and necessary in today’s society.

The recruiting process with BCG was an incredible experience because BCG provided an environment where I could thrive. From the moment I set foot in the office, I knew that I had found the perfect place to begin my career. My mentor at BCG showed me all of the amazing aspects of consulting, and I knew BCG was where I belonged. I am looking forward to this summer and all of the new experiences that it will bring.
