Work and Culture

History and the Area

BCG's Atlanta office was founded in 1995 when 14 consultants transferred from four other BCG offices. Recognized as a leading international multicultural center, Atlanta welcomes anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home. The city boasts America's largest aquarium, several professional athletic teams, diverse nightlife, an internationally renowned concert venue, and top restaurants. Atlanta has a fabulous cost of living and the world's busiest airport.

Who We Work With

With a healthy balance of local, national, and global client relationships, BCG Atlanta boasts a client base spanning multiple industries from consumer goods, retail, industrial goods, energy, travel and tourism, technology, and education. We have partnered with clients on topics ranging from pricing strategies to international expansion. Our teams and the challenges we tackle are just as diverse.

BCG in Atlanta is proud to contribute significantly to our nonprofit clientele. Pro bono work with the Boy Scouts, the Metropolitan Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and the Atlanta chapter of the Red Cross are several examples of how the Atlanta office gives back to the local community.

I joined BCG to broaden my management skills working alongside great people on topics that have had significant impact.  I am now a core member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice, as well as the Consumer and Retail practices.

Rodrigo Garcia Escudero
Partner & Managing Director

Since joining BCG, I have been part of the firm's Technology Advantage practice. As a leader in the BCG Ethnic Diversity Network, I enjoy working with diversity candidates to provide coaching, mentorship, and insights.

Across BCG, we are united by intense intellectual curiosity, a strong drive to deliver value for our clients, and a commitment to enable our clients in the long term. BCG stretches my team and our clients to think creatively, yet practically.

Pallavi Kansal

After completing postdoctoral studies, I came to BCG to have a diverse, high-impact career where I learn from talented colleagues and mentors. At BCG, I've worked primarily on health care projects, including biopharma, medtech, and provider.

Shana Topp

Everyone at BCG is down-to-earth, brilliant, and friendly. I am proud of how much people here care about their clients.

Annique Riddle
Project Leader

BCG truly values education and high-quality training. The accelerated professional development BCG offers is literally some of the best in the world. I love becoming completely immersed in a problem and working with others to come up with solutions.

Jenna Campbell Price
Project Leader

Since day one, my fellow BCGers have taken a vested interest in my career and in making sure that I have all the tools to succeed in this challenging and rewarding industry. I have often found that despite their own busy schedules, my fellow associates and consultants are willing to sit down with me to help solve problems, brainstorm ideas, or simply share their experiences.

Sankar Kannusamy

At BCG, I have learned more than I ever expected possible in such a short period of time. I do not believe I could have chosen a better place to work than BCG.

Tylon Garrett

Our Office Culture

BCG Atlanta is among the firm’s most socially active offices. A significant portion of the staff works on local and national pro bono projects and has donated numerous volunteer hours to charities such as Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, the Empty Stocking Fund, Light the Night Walk, senior citizen services, and the Atlanta Community Food Bank. This commitment to serving the local and global community is deeply woven into the fabric of the Atlanta office and is one reason the Atlanta office is such a special place within BCG.
