This report titled Consistency, Quality and Resilience: The Next Frontier for Productivity Excellence is the third in a series of annual publications by The Boston Consulting Group, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Indian Banks' Association (IBA) on the topic of productivity excellence in Indian banking. This study is based on extensive survey of 500 corporate clients and data collected from 38 major banks in the country to put forth definite point of view on the status of productivity on various dimensions. It also highlights the room for improvement for banking industry.
