Christina Synnergren joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003. She works on retail- and consumer-related assignments for BCG’s global fashion and retail clients, with a specific focus on digital and analytics. Christina has been part of BCG’s global Executive Committee since January, 2019. She is a member of the global Fashion & Luxury leadership team, as well as a the global Retail leadership team. In addition she sits on the BCG GAMMA (Analytics/AI) global leadership team.

Christina has worked on more than 50 major assignments within fashion and retail for European and global clients, covering a broad range of topics along the entire value chain. Her portfolio includes concept/brand strategy, analytics/digital strategy, store transformation, organization, store operations, product development, and expansion strategy. In recent years, she has focused extensively on digital and analytics, including building AI at scale for global clients.
