Courtney Dong joined Boston Consulting Group in 2019, bringing over 12 years of experience as a former technology operator, investor, and advisor, helping companies manage through intense periods of transition. She is a co-founder of BCG Growth Tech globally and a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. Courtney specializes in growth strategy, pricing and packaging model design, ecosystem partnerships, venture capital/growth equity, and new business builds.

Courtney joined BCG from Blend, a financial technology company providing cloud banking infrastructure to some of the largest lenders in the U.S. Before that, she served as Head of Platform Business Development at Zenefits, a HR and health care tech company acquired by TriNet, where she played a pivotal role in launching a new SaaS product and business model for the company. As a member of Facebook’s monetization team, Courtney led the beta test for one of Facebook’s cornerstone brand advertising products, and as an advisor to Fitbit, she helped the company prioritize smartwatch features a year before its IPO. Courtney was a venture capitalist at Omidyar Network and began her career in technology investment banking at Barclays.
