David Welch is a core member of the Consumer, the People & Organization, the Marketing, Sales & Pricing, and the Operations practices at The Boston Consulting Group.

David joined BCG in 2004. His client work is focused on merchandising and store operations topics across a range of retail formats. He has led many transformation projects and has deep experience managing organizational and operational change in large-scale retail environments.

Prior to joining BCG, David was a manager in the financial advisory services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
