Henk van Duijnhoven is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Transformation practices at The Boston Consulting Group; he also focused on the medtech sector. He is an expert with BCG TURN, which helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future.

Henk first joined BCG as a consultant in 1996, leaving as a principal six years later. He rejoined the firm in 2016 after 14 years in leadership roles at Danaher, serving most recently as senior vice president responsible for that company’s approximately $3 billion dental platform. Today, Henk focuses on advising industrial goods and medtech sector clients on M&A, transformation, and restructuring initiatives.

Henk is a dynamic leader with an established track record of building and transforming businesses to deliver superior, sustainable results. With deep experience formulating and translating strategy into pragmatic implementation and operating plans, he leads his teams from the front by defining priorities, setting clear objectives, and driving a disciplined approach to execution.

Prior to first joining BCG, Henk worked at Delphi Automotive and Volvo Car.
