Dr. Iman Karimi began his career at Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is an expert in advanced analytics, particularly in predictive and prescriptive modeling via machine learning and other AI techniques. 

Iman has worked with clients in mass consumer industries such as insurance, travel, financial service, retail, telecom, and utilities, but also in heavy industries for topics such as predictive maintenance. Iman is at the forefront of the end-to-end personalization topic, also known as customer centricity. 

Prior to joining BCG, Iman worked for Opera Solutions, a pioneer in bringing advanced analytics to mainstream consulting. Before that he was a Divisional Director at Willis Analytics, where he started working after obtaining his PhD in risk assessment and decision analysis with high sparsity data and prior knowledge. He is also a regular guest lecturer on advanced analytics at Cambridge Judge and Imperial College business schools.
