Jeff Kiderman is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Education, Employment, and Welfare (EEW) leadership team in North America, and an active member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy, People & Organization, Public Sector, and Social Impact practices. He focuses on strategy and organizational effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on data-driven decision making and advanced analytics capabilities development.

Jeff is currently a BCG Henderson Institute Ambassador, working in partnership with Marcos Aguiar on the topic of systemic trust—decoding how it works, and identifying ways for business leaders to maximize trust in their stakeholder relationships in order to capture value and develop a competitive advantage.

Before joining the firm in January 2018, Jeff spent six years in various roles in K-12 education, with a primary focus on school transformations to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of classrooms using personalized learning and data-driven instruction.
