Rodolphe Charme di Carlo has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2012. He has worked in the firm’s New York, Dubai, and Casablanca offices.
A member of BCG's Public Sector, Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance & Strategy, and Global Advantage practices, he has worked with several ministries, semi-government agencies, and private sector market leaders in Europe, the US, GCC countries, and North Africa, covering topics such as growth strategy, socioeconomic development, industrial planning, post-merger integration and investment attraction
In 2020, Rodolphe was an Ambassador to the BCG Henderson Institute, where he led the Center for Technology and Geopolitics. His work on competitive advantage in the age of AI has been published in the Harvard Business Review, the MIT Sloan Management Review, and Fortune magazine.
Before joining BCG, Rodolphe worked at a startup in Sweden, an SME in France, a multinational corporation in Italy, and a global investment bank in the UK. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
