Shubho Ghosh is a leader in Boston Consulting Group’s large-scale change work and in the Technology, Media & Telecom practice. He is the global lead of BCG’s Marketing & Sales practice for transformation, turnaround, and PMI work, focusing on helping clients achieve sustainable revenue growth. Shubho serves as a core member in building the firm’s corporate transformation, turnaround, and restructuring work with the BCG TURN unit. Shubho has significant experience in leading large-scale transformation of technology and telecom clients in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Shubho has significant functional expertise in both revenue topics (including sales force effectiveness, pricing, revenue assurance) and cost topics (such as procurement). His goal is to create sustainable value for his clients through large-scale transformations and turnarounds.

Shubho is a thought leader in designing and implementing large-change efforts, and has extensive hands-on expertise in leading the charge in revenue transformation across various client organizations. In his recent client work, Shubho led a multi-year revenue transformation program for a global technology player, a multi-year turnaround program for a global technology and telecom network player, and multiple IoT entry strategy, product, and portfolio development projects. Shubho’s passion is helping his clients and teams develop and grow, and opening new horizons for them.

Before joining BCG, Shubho worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and as an analyst in Mergers and Acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank.
