Stefan Rasch is a senior partner with The Boston Consulting Group in Munich, working with clients in the consumer goods and retail industries. He led the successful build-up of BCG's Consumer Goods and Retail practice in Germany for ten years and led BCG’s work in the global home, fashion, and leisure sector for seven years. He also led the European Transformation practice for three years.

Over the course of his career, he has amassed substantial experience on a wide range of topics, including growth strategies, go-to-market approaches, reorganizations, supply chain management, postmerger integrations, and profit-improvement programs.

Stefan has been involved in several large-scale transformation programs aimed at building sustainable competitive advantage and increasing shareholder value. He has been working primarily in the branded goods and retail industries. His experience includes many international assignments, covering Asia, Latin America, and the US. He also worked in BCG's Toronto office for three years.

Prior to BCG, Stefan was a finance manager at Procter & Gamble.
