Susanne Dyrchs joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008 and was based in BCG's offices in Cologne and New York before coming to Toronto. She is a core member of BCG's People & Organization practice and a member of the Agile Team of BCG's Technology Advantage Group. Susanne is also an active member of BCG's Recruiting Team.
Susanne developed multiple HR strategies for various clients focusing on digital HR function, digital recruiting, digital upskilling, agile/SCRUM organization, assessment of digital talent, and analysis of talent hot spots worldwide. She rebuilt the top talent trainee-program and employer branding of a European automotive company, and created the female talent and employer branding strategy for Europe's largest logistics company.
Prior to joining BCG, Susanne worked in New York at the Center of Talent Innovation, the United Nations, and Shearman & Sterling LLP. She is also a certified Scrum Master.
