Catherine Manfre joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. She works in the public sector, focusing on large-scale change, change management, and process improvements. Her work in the public sector spans both federal and state government agencies.
Catherine also manages the relationship between BCG and the Partnership for Public Service for the Best Places to Work 2020 rankings, and leads BCG’s support for the Center for Presidential Transition.
Catherine is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She leads the Men as Allies program for North America and is the node for Women@BCG in the Washington, DC office.
Before business school, she spent four years living in Cairo, Egypt, working at the International Finance Corporation and teaching high school English.
