Diana Dimitrova is a member of the Center for Digital in Industrials at Boston Consulting Group. The Center aims to deliver integrated digital offerings to its clients. Diana has worked at BCG since 2007, previously working in the firm’s Toronto, Melbourne, Sydney, and Johannesburg offices.

Diana has expertise in industrial goods, aerospace and defense, operations, supply chain operations, and digital. Her focus is on using advanced analytics to deliver supply chain transformation, and she is also involved in in-client software solution development.

Diana has worked the largest institutions in Europe and Africa on transformation, including advanced analytics, helping these organizations to prepare for the digital wave. In her client work, she has managed a team of 26 employees to structure and complete a three-year advanced analytics transformation, helping to boost EBITDA by more than €100 million and delivering notable improvement in service levels to customers. Diana has also led a team of 8 to transform a major aerospace and defense supplier, turning around one of the assets for resale.

Before she joined BCG, Diana worked on foreign direct investment legislation, contracts, and negotiations for the National Investment Commission of Liberia and in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs Group.
