Hemant Jhajhria is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. He advises banking, insurance, fintech, and other financial services clients on growth, business transformation, digital strategy, new platform set-up, and cost optimization.

Hemant joined the firm in June 2019. He has over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, banking, and digital across India and the US, including 14 years with Citigroup in senior executive roles. During his banking stint, he managed large P&Ls for retail banks and wealth management, lending, and digital businesses. Prior to BCG, he also worked with PwC strategy.

Hemant has written several viewpoints on the banking industry, digital business models, and non-bank financial companies, and has been a regular speaker for multiple industry forums.
