Jens Grueger is Boston Consulting Group's senior expert for pricing and market access in health care, and a core member of the firm's Health Care practice. He is currently a BCG Henderson Institute (BHI) fellow, exploring a system-of-systems approach to solving global crises, with a focus on health equity. Jens was a founding member, and is now co-chair, of the BCG Market Access Roundtable, that brings together senior access leaders from 28 pharmaceutical companies.

He is also an Affiliate Professor of Health Economics at the Comparative Health Outcomes, Economics and Policy (CHOICE) Institute at the University of Washington in Seattle, and was the 2020-2021 President of ISPOR, the largest professional society for health economics and outcomes research.

Jens joined BCG in 2019 after 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, where he led the Global Pricing, Market Access, and Health Policy functions at Novartis, Pfizer, and Roche.
