José María (JM) Moreno is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice at Boston Consulting Group. He leads IT services in the Central Europe and Middle East (CEMA) and Western Europe and South America (WESA) regions.

JM has deep expertise in large-scale change programs in technology industries, covering digital transformation, product portfolio prioritization and value-based pricing, business model innovation, and strategic planning.

His recent experience includes IT services transformations and turnarounds, covering agile lean software methodologies and cost optimization at scale and ensuring real impact on both top and bottom lines. He has worked on next-gen pricing schemes covering B2B telco client offering review, new pricing schemes, and channel distribution strategy; design and development of an automatic pricing tool from an MVP to an at-scale product; and product portfolio optimization, covering product strategy, product development, and portfolio prioritization.

Before joining BCG, JM worked at Oliver Wyman and Booz & Company.
