Kaustubh Verma is a core member of the Energy practice at Boston Consulting Group. He co-leads the India Affiliation team, and leads the firm’s relationship with the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry.

Kaustubh joined BCG in 2015 and has led engagements in upstream, downstream, city gas, and petrochemicals. His functional areas of focus are business build, diversification, large capital project management, operations improvement, and growth and portfolio strategy. He has also worked with clients on process reengineering, procurement and logistics, and shared services.

In addition to working with India’s power ministry, he has worked with oil retailers, oil and gas majors, national oil companies, and others. Currently, Kaustubh has a deep interest in renewables and energy transition. Prior to joining BCG, Kaustubh worked with Accenture Management Consulting for seven years where his last role was that of a Principal.
