Kaz Tominaga is a co-leader of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice in Japan, with a special focus on the automotive sector. He is also a core member of the Operations practice.
Since joining the firm, Kaz has worked closely with clients mainly in industrial goods, automotive, and other manufacturing industries. His recent project experience covers large corporate transformation and post-merger integration (PMI), globalization strategy, new business development leveraging digital technology, innovation strategy, and technology road mapping. He has developed particular expertise in consulting on global agenda for automotive and other manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining BCG in 2013, Kazutoshi worked at Booz & Company in the engineered products and services practice, at Roland Berger, and as a product development engineer at the Toyota Motor Corporation.
