Mic Rosiello is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Transaction & Integration leadership and a core member of the Health Care practice. Mic has in-depth expertise in the health care industry (specifically biopharma and medical technologies) as well as other industries, and works with clients on strategy, M&A and corporate development, post-merger integration, organizational design efforts, large transformations, and change management.

Mic has consulted on dozens of PMIs with leading health care companies, including supporting large deals for biopharma and medical technology companies, and smaller deals for biotech companies. He is committed to helping clients in their PMI efforts as they define their combined operating model, achieve both growth and cost synergies, retain critical talent, integrate different cultures, and combine commercial and support functions. Mic also has experience in M&As, carve-outs, and divestitures, as well as broader transformations with large clients.

Prior to joining BCG, Mic worked for two years at KPMG Advisory as a consultant in the Consumer & Industrial Markets Practice. Prior to that he worked for several years as a violinist and assistant concertmaster with renowned symphony orchestras.
