Nina Kataeva joined Boston Consulting Group in 2009. She is a core member of the firm's People & Organization practice, and leads that practice's work in agile at scale for the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMA) region.

Nina has led several large-scale agile transformations focusing on full organization transformation, new ways of working, digitization, and build-up of new digital capabilities. She designed and implemented a multi-year digital capability development with over 60 individualized learning journeys and grid-specific use cases, as well as personally conducting selected expert trainings on digital skills. She also led development of a big data model with over 6 million data sets and identified optimization levers including digital use cases; and developed a new target operating model for a large retail business unit in the energy industry. Nina is fluent in English, German and Russian.
