Stefan Vos joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is an expert in manufacturing and supply chain and a member of the firm’s Operations practice. Stefan works with his clients in the pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and industrial goods industries to deliver results through successful lean implementations. He has delivered rapid plant optimization through lean enablement in various consumer products and food companies; driven significant line and process performance improvement by focused 'kill the stop' programs, implemented lean production systems in global pharma, biopharma, and consumer goods companies; and refocused and redesigned factory organizations along a line-centric organization model. 

Before coming to BCG, Stefan worked as product supply leader at Procter & Gamble with responsibilities in Germany, Spain, and Brazil. Before that, he held positions at Gillette and A.T. Kearney. Stefan is fluent in Dutch, English, and German, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
