Vineet Vijayavargia is a senior member of the Public Sector practice at Boston Consulting Group in India. He has over ten years of infrastructure, public-private partnership (PPP), and investment experience covering a broad range of infrastructure sectors, including airports, ports, shipping, roads and highways, industrial parks, smart cities, housing, and urban and social infrastructure. Recently, he has also been focusing on climate and sustainability efforts and economic development topics focusing on MSMEs and farmers. Vineet works actively with public and private stakeholders on shaping solutions across mitigation, adaptation, and resilience to drive impact on climate and sustainability related topics.

Vineet has advised on and built the capacity for numerous government agencies under infrastructure reform initiatives, with a focus on technical assistance for policy, investment attraction, monitoring, and evaluation of projects, financial modeling, and structuring of innovative PPP concession models. He has led large scale multi-year transformation programs for both public and private sector infrastructure clients. Beyond infrastructure, Vineet has led many multi-year transformation programs for various central government ministries.
