BCG in Sydney is located in historic Martin Place, at the centre of Sydney’s business district. With 360-degree views of the city, our welcoming, state-of-the-art, three-floor office has everything our staff needs to be creative, productive, and mindful. In line with our Diversity and Inclusion and NetZero commitments, the top-ranked environmentally sustainable office features gender-neutral bathrooms and wellbeing rooms, and is fully accessible for all abilities.

At the heart of our office is the Staff Kitchen on Level 26. Many great collaborations begin while attempting to brew the perfect cup of coffee on our espresso machine. This striking, open, and light-filled dining space is where we meet to share knowledge and experiences, hear diverse speakers, and focus on better ways to meet our clients’ needs. It’s also where we connect as an office for social gatherings, such as monthly themed lunches, end-of-month get-togethers, Wear it Purple Day, R U OK? Day, and many multicultural events.

Our Work

We work with clients from across all industries, including energy, financial services, health care, public sector, media, and retail. We support them with digital transformation, strategy, marketing and sales, organizational change, operations, and corporate development.

We also collaborate closely with BCG Digital Ventures (BCGDV), our incubation and investment arm that invents, builds, invests in, and scales products and businesses at startup speed. BCGDV brings together a multidisciplinary team consisting of designers, engineers, product managers, and venture architects. Launched in Sydney in 2014, BCGDV has innovation and investment centers and labs in Manhattan Beach, Berlin, London, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley, and Tokyo. Together, we deliver unique, real technological advantage.

Our History

BCG opened in Australia and New Zealand in 1990, following a merger with Australia’s leading independent management consulting firm, Pappas, Carter, Evans and Koop (PCEK). PCEK was deeply experienced in solving problems for Australasian businesses, so the firm was a natural partner for BCG. We have been growing rapidly ever since and are committed to being a positive influence on businesses and communities across the region.

BCG now has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Canberra. We form the best consulting teams for our clients with consultants working closely together from across our offices.
