Emmanuel Ricolfi began working at Boston Consulting Group in 2012 in the Paris office. He moved to the Houston office in 2014. Emmanuel is a core member of the Energy and Operations practice areas at BCG with significant experience in upstream oil and gas. He is the North America leader for the decommissioning topic (Gulf of Mexico and US onshore).

In his time at the firm, Emmanuel has led over 20 projects for major international oil companies, oilfield service companies, and EPC companies. He has expertise in US shale operations, covering factory model, innovative operating models, production, and costs benchmarking. He has also led large capital management projects that have included owner team optimization, Capex improvement, and recovery rates. Emmanuel has experience in operational efficiency, growth strategy, large capital projects, and corporate center and business unit organization.
