Maya El Hachem is a core member of the Public Sector, Social Impact, and Consumer Goods practices at Boston Consulting Group. She leads the firm’s work in human capital development and social impact strategies and transformations in the GCC. She also supports megaprojects and tourism transformations. Maya’s work covers centers of government and government authorities, private sector players and investors, and non-profit organizations, and she works with clients on strategy, operating model, business plan development, and transformation projects.

Maya has written several publications on the topics of her expertise and is often a speaker at industry engagements.

Before joining BCG in 2015, Maya was a project manager at Booz & Company (currently Strategy&) in the Middle East, and also an M&A investment banking associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London.

Maya is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
