A medtech company that develops and manufactures devices and therapies to treat more than 30 chronic diseases—including heart failure, Parkinson's disease, and chronic pain—wanted to create an integrated cross-digital platform. The goals of the platform effort were to leverage existing products, connect them to the cloud, drive more patients through the care pathway, reduce the cost to serve for clinicians and reps, and create the potential for new software revenue streams through data science services.
