Otso Ojanen joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He is a member of BCG TURN, the firm’s turnaround, restructuring, and transformation unit. At BCG, Otso has led many successful transformation and large-scale value creation programs, and holistic operations improvement with client executive teams and boards. He has deep experience in efficiency improvement, strategy reset, operating model simplification, and leveraging analytics and digital technology to drive transformational impact. 

In his over ten years at the firm, Otso has worked with leading European and global companies in many industries including industrial goods, services, and energy. 

Before joining the firm, Otso was a manager in a software business where he focused on energy utilities, trading, and power exchange customers.
