Grégoire de Chevron Villette joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018 as a core member of BCG TURN, the firm’s turnaround, restructuring, and transformation unit. He has extensive experience working on critical situations for distressed companies, and successfully completing operational turnaround, cost reduction, and performance improvement engagements. He has worked in the retail, ecommerce, industrial goods, and food service industries, as well as distribution and packaging, infrastructure, and utilities and energy. 

Prior to joining BCG, Grégoire was head of business development for an Asian conglomerate, and before that, was at AlixPartners Paris, working on restructurings and holistic turnaround programs for distressed and underperforming companies. Before that, Grégoire was an Investment Banking analyst at Goldman Sachs International in London. He speaks Khmer, English, French, and Spanish.
