Ted Sisko is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care and Operations practices, and co-leads the firm’s work in medical technology operations globally. He is a member of the health care operations leadership team and manages BCG’s work in health care services.
Ted is an expert in medtech and the broader health care industry, focusing on operations topics including manufacturing network strategy, operational excellence, lean programs and process improvement, global service strategy and execution, end-to-end supply chain, large scale organizational transformation, post-merger integrations, and investment due diligence. His recent client work includes leading several medtech operations transformations, including network and supply chain optimizations; and leading the operations strategy for a top-ten medtech company, including design and execution of network consolidation and several plant moves.
Prior to joining BCG, Ted spent ten years at Siemens, and was a member of the Siemens Healthcare leadership team as the VP of Operations Strategy.
