Bryann DaSilva is a member of the Climate & Sustainability, Public Sector, and Social Impact practices at Boston Consulting Group.

He served as a BCG Henderson Institute Ambassador researching sustainable business model innovation (how companies can transform to gain competitive advantage by advancing environmental and societal benefits) and strategic implications of the transition to net zero.

Bryann’s casework focuses on public sector and social impact topics including COVID-19, poverty, and climate. His prior work experience includes anti-poverty public policy; government administration at the federal, state, and local levels; and international NGO strategy. He is an active member of Washington's Pride and Black & Latinx networks.

On a year-long social impact secondment to Save the Children in London, Bryann managed the development of three-year strategies for all 25+ of Save the Children's member organizations and drove the establishment of its first global geo-presence strategy.
