Gemma Henderson is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice. She has worked extensively across Australia’s State and Commonwealth Governments on major policy and organizational and operational reforms, with a focus on the future of government and using outcomes-based approaches and funding models to drive service delivery reform. Gemma has also spent time working on secondment with the Victorian Government.

Her recent public sector experience includes strategy development, operating model design, program management to support social services transformations, expenditure, funding model and pricing reviews, design of commissioning approaches, government support function, and new ways of working in government.

Gemma has also worked with a range of private sector organizations across Australia and Europe on customer service models, corporate service functions, efficiency and effectiveness, and organizational transformations.
