Patrick Staudacher joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2008. He leads the Post-Merger Integration practice in Central Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMA). Patrick is also a core member of both the Consumer practice, where his focus is on airline and rail topics, and the Industrial Goods practice, where his focus is on aerospace and engineered products.
In his work at BCG, Patrick has supported multiple global integrations in multiple industries, and various strategic and operational projects in the aviation and rail sector. He has worked in passenger services, catering, cargo, MRO, and for airports./p>
Among other projects, he has worked on strategic topics such as growth, M&A, competitive benchmarking, and pricing. He supported (digital) innovation efforts in the B2C and B2B environment.. Furthermore he helped develop and drive various large-scale efficiency programs.
Patrick also has also extensive experience with post-merger integrations—he supported multiple global integrations in various sectors.
Before joining the firm, Patrick worked for six years for Siemens in Munich and New York.
