Prasanna Santhanam is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) practice, as well as BCG TURN and DigitalBCG. He is currently focused on building the TMT practice in Southeast Asia across large tech and growth tech, and leading end-to-end turnaround programs through BCG TURN. 

Prasanna has worked extensively in the areas of digital disruption, digital incubation, large scale turnarounds, E2E tech transformation, telco network and IT operating models, organization design, B2B sales force effectiveness and product design, service operations optimization, shared services implementation, and business build, predominantly for TMT companies. 

Within BCG, Prasanna has worked in four geographies—Southeast Asia, India, UK/Western Europe (as part of BCG's Ambassador mobility program), and the US – and thus has a rich mix of emerging and mature markets experience. 

Before coming to BCG, Prasanna worked in structuring and trading interest rate derivatives at HSBC Bank, London.
