Tim Mank has extensive experience advising clients across strategic, operational, and due diligence topics in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice area at Boston Consulting Group.

Tim focuses on delivering strategic and operational value to media, entertainment, and technology companies through data-driven methodologies and innovative approaches. His mission is to balance ambition with relevance and feasibility.

Tim’s particular areas of expertise include large-scale transformations, business model evolution in video (free, ad-supported, and paid subscription media services), as well as ad sales operations (including org design, operating models, compensation structures, and GTM strategy). He also develops growth strategies for adjacent media tech companies, including ad tech, information and analytics service providers, and hardware manufacturers.

Before joining BCG, Tim consulted at Oliver Wyman Group. He is fluent in Dutch and English, and has intermediate knowledge of German.
