Alex Jaskolski

Recruiting Coordinator

Alex is the Recruiting Coordinator for the Associate program in the Chicago office. She manages BCG's recruitment of all Midwest undergraduate and non-business masters students. Alex joined BCG in 2012 after earning a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. In her leisure time, Alex enjoys cooking, spin class and a nice glass of wine!

Kate Joyce

Recruiting Assistant

Kate is the Recruiting Assistant for the Associate program in the Chicago office. She assists with the recruitment of Midwest undergraduate and non-business majors. Kate graduated from the University of Dayton in 2014 and began working for BCG in 2016. In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing tennis and discovering new restaurants around Chicago.

Sarah Minkus

Class of 2018 Recruiting Director

Sarah Minkus, Project Leader, Chicago, re-joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2013 after earning her MBA from Harvard Business School. She originally joined BCG as an Associate in 2008. Sarah holds a BA, cum laude, from Yale University, where she graduated with distinction in the Theater Studies major. Sarah has also worked in brand management at General Mills. In her leisure time, Sarah enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their dog.

Megan Matte

University of Chicago School Specialist

Megan Matte, Associate, Chicago, joined The Boston Consulting Group as a summer Associate in 2014 and returned as a full time Associate in 2015. She holds a BA in Economics from The University of Chicago where she served as the co-president of Women in Business for two years. Prior to joining BCG, Megan interned with and Groupon. Outside of work, Megan enjoys doing yoga, exploring the city, and hosting cooking parties with friends.

Justin Rose

Recruiting Partner

Justin Rose, Partner, Chicago, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2002. Prior to joining BCG Justin worked in the Investment Banking units of both Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers. Justin holds a degree in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences (MMSS), which he received with honors, as well as a degree in Economics from Northwestern University. Justin received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. In his leisure time, Justin enjoys training for and participating in triathlons, traveling in developing nations and drinking wine.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
