Troy Andre

Recruiting Partner

Troy joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2004, and is a Partner and Managing Director in the Washington, DC office. Troy’s work at BCG focuses on Sales and Marketing with both Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods companies. Prior to joining BCG, Troy worked as a researcher in both theoretical and experimental particle physics. Troy holds a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Chicago and graduated from the University of Rochester with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics.

Jeffrey Kovick

Recruiting Manager

Jeff joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant in 2012 after his 2010 summer internship with the firm, and was a Project Leader in the DC office. His cases focused primarily on retail and travel & tourism, where he worked on digital and post-merger strategies, sales force effectiveness, and developing operating models. Prior to joining BCG, Jeff ran a medical device start-up, worked with United Airlines as a media spokesperson, and held several positions working in international development. Jeff holds a BA in Political Science and African Studies from Duke University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, where he concentrated in strategy and decision sciences. In his free time, Jeff enjoys traveling, reading The Economist, and watching and playing sports.

Sarah Adams

Recruiting Coordinator

Sarah joined The Boston Consulting Group in April 2017. She manages the consultant recruiting process in the Washington, DC office. Prior to joining BCG, she worked in Campus Recruiting for FTI Consulting, overseeing the consultant and summer intern hiring process for the Northeast Region. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.

Sophia Mian

Global School Specialist

Sophia joined The Boston Consulting Group’s Washington D.C. Office as a Consultant in July 2015. Prior to joining BCG, Sophia worked for Health Advances, a healthcare consulting firm supporting pharma/ med. device clients on new product commercialization, life cycle management and M&A. Sophia also completed internships with Genzyme in Rare Disease Strategy & BD, and Naurex Inc. Sophia earned her MBA at Harvard Business School and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering from MIT.

David Emmerman

LGBT School Captain, Consultant

David joined The Boston Consulting Group's Washington, DC, office as a Consultant in January 2016. Prior to joining BCG, he was a Summer MBA Operations Manager at, Energy Analyst for Akamai, as well as U.S. Fulbright Fellow to Portugal in renewable energy policy. David earned his MBA and Master's of Environmental Science from Yale University's School of Management and School of Forestry. He holds a BA with honors from Amherst College.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Coordinator

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Coordinator, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

The application deadline for First Year students to apply for a summer internship is Monday, December 5 at 3:00 PM.

You must apply through Darden's Career Management System and our Darden online application.
