Chris Petersen 



Chris Petersen has been with The Boston Consulting Group since 2000 and is a core member of the Consumer, the Health Care, and the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. He is an expert in marketing topics including efficiency and effectiveness and returns optimization.

Chris’s experience at BCG has focused on global food and beverage companies, including health food, beer, and wine and spirits, as well as candy and confections. For these clients, Chris has dealt with portfolio management, M&A strategy, procurement and capital strategy, and route-to-market process redesign. He also worked on the governance structure and retail footprint optimization for a US-based international airport.

In the health care sector, Chris worked with a team on the operational efficiency, federal compliance management, and communications strategy optimization for the Medicare division of a pharmaceutical benefits management firm. In addition, Chris has worked with clients in the fields of telecommunications and movies and entertainment.

Prior to joining BCG, Chris worked as executive director at Fireworks Enterprises, a marketing consultancy in Los Angeles.
