Nicolas Boutin's expertise spans the air transportation, railway, lodging, cruise, transportation infrastructure, and travel distribution sectors for BCG.
Nicolas joined BGC’s Paris office in 2003 as a consultant and transferred to Moscow in 2012. He works with a variety of clients, such as airlines (network carriers, low-cost carriers, and cargo), airports, and aerospace OEMs. His experience includes strategy development and execution, digital transformation, organization, cost optimization, M&A, and evaluation of new business opportunities.
Before joining BCG, Nicolas worked for two years at Cambridge Technology Partners in Geneva, Switzerland as a senior manager in the Digital Business Strategy topic.
Previously, Nicolas worked for six years at the Airbus Group (formerly Aérospatiale/EADS–ATR), where he held several technical and commercial positions.
