Ben Wade is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice, specializing in airlines, as well as the broader travel and tourism industry and retail. He leads BCG’s work in airlines globally. His work with airlines has spanned Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, and has covered a broad range of topics including sales, distribution, revenue management, network, cost transformation, and organization design. He also leads BCG’s work on sustainability in aviation. 

Ben has co-authored reports on the trends shaping the airline industry, and the evolution of artificial intelligence in the travel sector.
