Gennaro Casale is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice and a member of the corporate banking global leadership team at Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 1997, Gennaro’s client work has focused on the financial services sector. He has acquired deep expertise in retail and corporate banking strategy, working with Italian and European banks to boost sales force productivity, revamp underperforming networks, and create long-lasting change management platforms.

Prior to joining BCG, Gennaro was an engineer with Procter & Gamble and a business analyst with Centrobanca.
